These terms govern your use of magichandsmethod.com and any product you buy from Magic Hands Method LLC. By using the site or buying the program you agree to them.
The Magic Hands Method is a digital educational program consisting of video lessons and downloadable material that teaches massage technique. Access is delivered online. Nothing physical is shipped.
This program is educational only. It is not medical advice, physical therapy, massage therapy, psychotherapy, couples counselling or sex therapy, and it is not a substitute for any of them. We are not licensed healthcare providers and no practitioner relationship is created by your purchase.
Massage is not appropriate for everyone. Do not use these techniques on a person with a history of blood clots or deep vein thrombosis, with undiagnosed pain, a recent injury, a fever, or any acute medical condition, or during pregnancy without guidance from a qualified prenatal practitioner. If the person receiving a massage has any medical condition, they should speak to their doctor first.
If you or your partner are experiencing relationship distress, abuse, or mental health difficulties, please seek help from a qualified professional.
Every technique taught in this program requires the freely given, informed and ongoing consent of the person receiving it. You agree to stop immediately when asked. You agree not to use anything taught here to pressure, coerce or manipulate another person.
We make no guarantee about any particular outcome. Any experiences described by other customers are their own and are not a promise of what you will experience. Relationships involve two people and results depend on factors outside our control and outside yours.
On purchase we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the material for your own use. You may not share your login, copy, resell, republish or redistribute any part of the program. All content remains our intellectual property.
Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged as a one-time payment unless clearly labelled otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magic Hands Method LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the program. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your purchase.
