Magic Hands Method LLC ("we", "us") operates magichandsmethod.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with. It is written to describe what the site actually does rather than to cover every hypothetical.

Card details are collected inside a secure frame hosted by Stripe on Stripe's own systems. Your card number never reaches our website, our servers or our logs. We receive only the non-sensitive summary described above. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
We use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure advertising. When you take certain actions, we send Meta a record of that action along with your IP address, browser user agent, any advertising click identifier, and your email address in hashed form. Hashing converts it into an irreversible string before it leaves our systems; we do not send Meta your email in readable form. Meta's use of this data is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.
We use PostHog for product analytics and session replay. Replays are recorded with input masking switched on, which means the values you type into form fields are not captured. The payment frame is hosted on another domain and cannot be recorded at all.
The site is hosted by Vercel. Data is stored in a Neon PostgreSQL database. Both act as processors on our behalf.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the providers listed above.
We use browser storage to hold a visitor identifier, a session identifier, the advertising parameters you arrived with, and your offer expiry time. The Meta Pixel and PostHog set their own cookies. You can clear or block these through your browser settings; the site will still work, though some measurement will be lost.
Order and contact records are kept for as long as we may need them for accounting and support, and no longer than seven years. Behavioural analytics are kept for up to twenty-four months. You may ask us to delete your data sooner.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy in a portable format, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Residents of the EU and UK have these rights under the GDPR. California residents have comparable rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

This site is intended for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We are based in the United States and our providers process data in the United States. If you are located elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed there.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
